About the role

The Residential Security Officer will monitor various security measures to ensure safety at a private family residence. They will work closely with the Protective Services team to provide outstanding security protection, perform access control, undertake patrols and inspections, monitor CCTV systems, maintain records of incidents, and handle ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a secure environment for family members, corporate executives, and colleagues
  • Provide security coverage during physically demanding activities
  • Work collaboratively with the Protective Services team
  • Handle ad hoc duties as needed
  • Respond to and address security breaches according to established protocols

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of security operations and procedures
  • Residential security experience preferred
  • Knowledge and familiarity with computers and security equipment
  • Comfortable working in a family-friendly environment
  • Lifeguard and basic medical / first-aid background preferred

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in the military, law enforcement, or a public/private sector security organization
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Passport and ability to travel internationally
  • Valid BSIS Guard Card and BSIS Firearms Permit
