Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine foot patrols around the interior/exterior of the property
- Maintain visibility in the building and parking lot to deter suspicious or unwanted activity
- Ensure no unauthorized individuals enter the building during off-hours
- Monitor and log the entry/exit of contractors during active work periods
- Provide accurate, timely incident reports and updates as needed
- Maintain communication with supervisors and other personnel as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of security experience, especially in access control and residential security
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
- Able to remain on foot for extended periods and conduct frequent patrols
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to intake information quickly and report incidents clearly and concisely
Pay
$20.00/hour
Schedule
Position 1: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Full-time)
Position 2: Friday - Saturday, 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Part-time)
