Residential Security Officer

Responsibilities

  • Excellent customer service, professionally answering all phones.
  • Observing and reporting on activity at assigned locations.
  • Providing rapid response in critical situations.
  • Writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
  • Enforcing customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Conducting regular vehicle and foot patrols in a safe manner.
  • Handling critical access control for community members and guests.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • At least 1 year of security experience in an HOA setting.
  • A current Physical Improvement License Board (PILB) card.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in working with computers and electronic systems.
  • Ability to work on holidays as scheduled for shifts.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, and handle various weather conditions.
  • Alertness, excellent attention to detail, and situational awareness.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Schedule

Swing shift: 2pm to 10pm, Wednesday to Sunday.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!
