Residential Sales Trainee - Texas

About the role

The Residential Sales Trainee Program is a dynamic career-launching experience designed to develop high-performing sales professionals. Participants will receive hands-on training, real-world experience, and personalized coaching.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in team building activities, plant tours, product knowledge assessments, corporate networking, professional presentations, and more during the 8-10 week training program.
• Transition into a field apprenticeship within a geographic market in the US, focusing on Texas, where you'll gain hands-on, on-the-job training under the support of successful sales leaders.
• Be placed into a territory management role at the end of your apprenticeship.

Who You Bring (Requirements)

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
• An interest in a long-term career in sales
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• A willingness to relocate to the market area in the US
