About the role
The Residential Sales Trainee Program at Shaw Industries is a dynamic career-launching experience designed to develop high-performing sales professionals. This 8-10 week training program at our headquarters in northwest Georgia prepares associates for a successful sales career supporting our residential hard and soft surface businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in team building activities, plant tours, product knowledge assessments, corporate networking, professional presentations, and more.
- Transition into a field apprenticeship where you apply what you learned with the support of other successful sales leaders.
- Gain hands-on, on-the-job training and be placed into one of our sales locations throughout the US as a territory manager.

Who You Bring (Requirements)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- An interest in a long-term career in sales
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- A willingness to relocate to the market area in the US
