About the role
The Residential Sales Trainee Program at Shaw Industries is an 8-10 week training experience designed to launch aspiring sales professionals into successful careers. The program includes comprehensive training, real-world experience, and personalized coaching.

Who You Bring (Requirements)
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- An interest in a long-term career in sales
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- A willingness to relocate to the market area in the US
