Residential Sales Trainee - Georgia

About the role

The Residential Sales Trainee Program at Shaw Industries is an 8-10 week training experience designed to launch careers in sales. Participants will receive hands-on training, real-world experience, and personalized coaching.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team building activities, plant tours, product knowledge assessments, corporate networking, professional presentations, and more.
• Apply learned skills in a field apprenticeship within a geographic market in the US, specifically Georgia.
• Gain hands-on, on-the-job training and be placed into a territory management role upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Willingness to relocate to the market area in the US.
