Mpower Direct is an energy supplier focused on 100% renewable energy. Founded in 2009, we specialize in offering sustainable, affordable, and reliable renewable energy options to customers committed to reducing their carbon footprint. We serve residential and commercial customers across nine states and are currently expanding.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the field sales team throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development, and HR processes
- Maintaining and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base
- Maximizing all sales efforts
- Building rapport and providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- 3+ years' prior Outside Sales Leadership or similar experience with a strong performance record in Energy, Solar, Telecommunications, Home Remodeling, Insurance, or Automotive
- Prior managerial background and ability to motivate, develop, and coach a field sales team
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to various demands
