About the Role
To train, inspire, and lead the Sales team to maximize every sales lead, ensure adherence to the organization’s selling system, and oversee daily job requirements. The Sales Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Sales team with a primary focus on maximizing revenue while maintaining margins.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales team to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.
- Ensure the sales team follows the organization’s selling system.
- Oversee daily job requirements and performance of the Sales team.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales personnel on effective selling techniques.
- Maintain strong margins while driving sales growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- High school diploma or GED (minimum requirement).
- 2 or more years of HVAC Sales Management experience (preferred).
- Sales Management experience (required).
- Knowledge and understanding of marketing and financing concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ability to learn company-specific software.
