Residential Sales Associate

About the role

Fulfill essential functions including client consultations, project management, and business development. Collaborate with prospective customers to meet their painting needs and build long-term relationships. Work in a team environment that values open communication and accountability to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open appointment availability for potential customers and achieve sales goals.
• Build customer relationships by implementing CertaPro Painters’ proven processes.
• Provide on-site and remote one-on-one customer consultations.
• Create customized and detailed proposals based on customer needs.
• Complete ongoing customer communications.
• Ensure local brand presence through lawn signs, door hangers, home shows, and community events.
• Participate in regional or national ongoing training conferences and meetings.
• Maintain documentation of current activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare weekly analysis of results for goal setting and review with a coach.

Requirements

• 2+ year degree in a related field (preferred).
• Prior sales experience in in-home sales within the construction or painting industry (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Sales or related experience.
