Residential Remodeling Project Manager (8+ years experienced)

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update daily, weekly, and monthly timelines to keep luxury projects on track and within budget.
• Serve as the point of contact during and after the project, building trust and delivering white-glove communication.
• Cover quality control by coordinating and supervising job sites, Trade Partners, and in-house staff to ensure work exceeds expectations and meets CROSS standards.
• Collaborate across teams using our online project management system.
• Maintain meticulous records, approve invoices, and ensure all project decisions and warranties are properly tracked and executed.
• Stay connected after completion as the warranty specialist, ensuring continued satisfaction and fast resolutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the high-end residential construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, architects, and trade partners.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to maintain project documentation and schedules.
• Ability to ensure work quality and conformance with contractual agreements.
