Requirements
- 2+ years of residential real estate closing experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with Qualia, SoftPro, or similar closing software
Responsibilities
- Order title exams and review purchase agreements
- Prepare settlement statements, deeds, and title reports
- Communicate with lenders, clients, real estate agents, and other parties
- Coordinate closings from contract to completion
- Process post-closing disbursements and lender packages
