What You'll Do
- Conduct residential real estate closings involving buyers, sellers, and lenders.
- Review closing documents and title searches for legal sufficiency.
- Address title curative matters and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.
- Handle a high volume of transactions while delivering top-notch service.
What You'll Need
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina (required); South Carolina license is a plus.
- Notary Public (or willingness to obtain before start date).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong sense of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.
- Experience in residential real estate law is helpful but not required-we will train the right person!
