Residential Real Estate Account Administrator

Primary Purpose

The Residential Real Estate Account Administrator is responsible for assisting throughout the originating, processing and closing of lot and bridge loans.

Essential Responsibilities

• Able to work in a highly paced and dynamic environment
• Able to originate lot and bridge loans
• Able to answer calls, emails, and inquiries in a swift and timely manner
• Able to speak with employees, Bankers, Mortgage Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Title companies, and other lead sources
• Able to maintain exceptional customer service quality
• Able to calculate Loan to Value
• Knowledge of Real Estate transactions
• Able to problem-solve and find resolutions to complex situations
• Able to read income documents, W2s, Tax Returns, pay stubs, assets, reserves, 401K statements, etc.
• Knowledge of the closing and settlement process
• Able to interpret and apply policies and guidelines effectively
• Able to demonstrate flexibility as demands and priorities change

Good-faith compensation range

The good-faith compensation range for this role is expected to be $50,000 to $55,000 per year, based on the role, market, internal equity, and candidate qualifications.

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies

• Two (2) years’ Mortgage loan experience
• Knowledge of mortgage loan disclosure requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals of all levels within the organization
• Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with internal and external customers and service providers

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Prior Mortgage experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Physical Requirements

• Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
• Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
• Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
• Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
