About the role
This role supports brokerage and property management activities through scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of real estate transactions and portfolio records.
Responsibilities
- Managing lease and property files
- Preparing reports
- Assisting with marketing materials and listings
- Maintaining databases and CRM systems
- Communicating with clients, landlords, tenants, and internal team members to handle inquiries
- Coordinating property showings
- Supporting ongoing transactions
- Managing correspondence
- Tracking deadlines
- Supporting due diligence activities
- Ensuring accurate, organized documentation for transportation-related real estate projects
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Property Management and Lettings, including lease administration and coordination of property-related activities
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, document management, report preparation, and use of office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Seattle Area and collaborate effectively with a regional team
- Prior experience in commercial real estate, transportation industry, or corporate real estate services is beneficial
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
