We are a large buyer of homes for renovation and resale in the Colorado market, building a dedicated business to renovate homes and serve new customers. Our model revitalizes existing residential property to provide affordable, renovated homes for new homeowners.

About the Role

  • Entrepreneurial approach to building a new business with support from corporate senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
  • Oversee initial property assessment and scope bidding prior to property purchase.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout all construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying and addressing any potential delays or obstacles.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key stakeholders and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites, prioritizing the well-being of all workers and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Experience in flipping property or large single-family rental operations is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities, motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in construction management software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Must be located in the Denver, CO area and willing to travel as needed to various project sites.

Pay
