Job Summary

This position exists to assist in ensuring our customers have a seamless and exceptional installation experience with us and are 100% satisfied with their projects. The ideal candidate would have a main focus but be willing to cross-train in order to serve as backup for the other product lines.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project timelines and schedules.
  • Cook up with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment.
  • Track deadlines and ensure milestones are met.
  • Serve as the point of contact between clients, project managers, and work crews.
  • Provide updates to clients regarding project progress changes, or delays.
  • Order materials as needed for each project.
  • Track deliveries and help manage inventory.
  • Ensure correct materials arrive on time to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain project files, contracts, permits, change of specifications, commission changes, and invoices.
  • Prepare reports for internal review.
  • Aid the Project Manager’s in monitoring the budgets.
  • Help track costs to the job and communicate to the Project Manager’s any areas of concern.
  • Aid in the proper processing and submission of invoices and receipts.
  • Schedule subcontractors and in-house work crews.
  • Communicate scheduled projects with the subcontractors.
  • Schedule inspections and walk-throughs as needed.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Office suite, experience with Access type database management (CRM), QuickBooks.
  • Effective communication, customer service, and technical skills.
  • A positive and energetic personality.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Possess a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
  • Two years of production experience in commercial or residential remodeling or construction preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
