About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Porter to maintain the property’s cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance. This role is essential for ensuring our guests and residents experience a well‑maintained and welcoming living environment every day.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and amenity spaces.
- Remove trash and recycling from designated areas.
- Operate freight elevator as needed for residents and vendors.
- Clean exterior entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damages promptly.
- Support the maintenance team with light duties.
- Assist with deliveries and moving items when required.
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests, residents, and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeper, or maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
