Residential Porter

About the role

Mandarin Oriental, Boston is looking for a Residential Porter to join our Residences team. The position is based at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston within the Residences Department in Boston, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting Residents, visitors, and vendors.
• Delivering incoming packages, mail, dry cleaning, flowers, and groceries to Residences.
• Aiding in coordinating Resident requests and affairs.
• Collaborating with other Residences colleagues to provide a seamless experience for all Residents.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Able to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Able to lift 100 lbs. on an occasional basis.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Multi-lingual is preferred.

Compensation

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $29.78.
