Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing needs
• Ensure customers have healthy home and living conditions
• Communicate with customers to help them make informed decisions
• Work independently and efficiently to complete tasks
• Maintain company core values in all work environments
• Teach and motivate helpers, peers, and fellow technicians
• Clean drains, install pipes and fixtures, assemble fittings and valves
• Select appropriate plumbing materials based on budget and location
• Follow written and verbal instructions from managers and leadership
• Provide excellent customer service to both customers and office staff
• Organize and document equipment needed for each job
• Communicate effectively with customers about work being performed
• Show attention to detail and document necessary information

Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and repair residential plumbing needs

Schedule

Lead Residential Plumbing Technicians will have the option to take their trucks/vans home and be dispatched from there.
