Commercial Service Plumbing Technician - SIGN ON BONUS UP TO 5,000

The Role

Roscoe Brown Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Plumbing Technician. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to diagnose and repair commercial plumbing needs, communicate effectively with customers, and maintain efficient plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing issues.
• Install and assemble plumbing pipes and fixtures, including sinks and toilets, for water, sewer, and gas systems.
• Work on multi-story buildings, restaurants, and industrial facilities.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on water heaters and boilers.
• Manage time effectively and complete work correctly the first time.
• Communicate with customers to explain work performed and support informed decision-making.
• Maintain proper stock, tools, and safety equipment in company vehicles.
• Document all work performed accurately and build positive client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience working on commercial plumbing systems.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Proficiency in using required equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of plumbing materials and safety procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passport and valid driver's license (preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
• Backflow certification preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.

Pay and Schedule

• Double time pay for after-hour calls and on-call hours.

Schedule

Lead Commercial Service Plumbing Technicians will be able to take their trucks/vans home and will be dispatched from there.
