Residential Plumbing Service Technician
About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Residential Plumbing Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and honest customer service. You'll diagnose, repair, install, and replace residential plumbing systems while helping homeowners understand their options without pressure.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, install, and replace residential plumbing systems and equipment.
- Explain issues clearly and present honest recommendations with upfront pricing.
- Deliver professional workmanship and excellent customer service.
- Document completed work, parts, and payments accurately.
- Keep work areas, tools, and your company vehicle clean and organized.
Requirements
- Active Texas Journeyman Plumbing License. Master Plumber license preferred.
- 3–5 years of residential plumbing service experience.
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and customer communication skills.
- Valid Texas driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Residence within 20 miles of the North Dallas Tollway and Highway 121.
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Pay
Competitive Pay: $28–$45 per hour, plus service bonuses.
Schedule
Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule, with no Sundays or after-hours calls.
