Responsibilities
- Diagnose residential plumbing issues, including faucets, drain clogs, conventional and tank‑less water heaters.
- Perform repairs and replacements of any plumbing components in a resident’s home.
- Operate any type/size drain machine to clean or clear drain stoppages.
- Work inside and outside customers’ homes while maintaining direct communication with them.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred.
- 3‑5 years of experience preferred in a combination of plumbing installation and/or service.
- Knowledge of tank‑less water heaters is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
