Residential Plumbing Sales Technician

Copeland Home Services is looking for a highly motivated Plumbing Service Sales Consultant to join our growingresidential team in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas area. You'll meet homeowners in their homes, understand their plumbing needs, and present the right solution — from water heater replacements and repipes to drain and sewer line repairs. This is a straight-commission-friendly, uncapped-earning role for someone who's competitive, coachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people solve a problem in their home. What You'll DoConduct in-home consultations to assess residential plumbing issues and needsPartner with plumbing technicians to translate diagnostics into clear customer-facing optionsPresent tailored solutions and pricing for repairs, replacements, and system upgrades (water heaters, repiping,drain/sewer lines, fixtures)Build accurate, professional quotes and proposals using our mobile sales toolsClose sales with a consultative, customer-first approach — no high-pressure tacticsFollow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals and repeat businessMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRMParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to support urgent residential service requests Requirements What You'll NeedTexas Plumbing License Required or 5-6 years residential service plumbing experience and ready to testProven track record in sales; in-home, residential services, or B2C sales strongly preferredHighly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-based pay structureExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeownersValid driver's license and a clean driving recordAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningComfortable using a tablet/CRM for quoting and documentationWillingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including some evenings and weekends Benefits Base + commission with average technician earning over $100KTake-home company vehicle provided, with gas coveredHealth insurance, PTO, and paid holidays ScheduleFull-time, residential service sales covering the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas market.
