Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Expertly diagnose problems using camera inspections, hydrostatic testing, and other tools
• Present and close high-value solutions such as full sewer line replacements, trenchless repairs, repiping, and drain systems
• Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and honest recommendations
• Deliver exceptional service that creates loyal, repeat customers
• Work closely with the dispatch and office team for smooth operations

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals in the field
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Nexstar background is a plus
