What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Install water heaters, faucets, drains, disposals, toilets, and piping systems
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and provide clear solutions to homeowners
  • Perform routine maintenance and service calls
  • Educate customers on repair and replacement options without high-pressure sales tactics
  • Maintain accurate job notes, invoices, and service records
  • Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at every jobsite
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival to completion

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of residential plumbing experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, and installations
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areas
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Plumbing license or certification preferred (not required depending on experience)
  • Experience with service software or mobile dispatch systems
  • Strong upselling and customer education skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced residential service environment
