About the Role

This position is for an experienced plumber ready to transition into a sales advisory role, focusing on helping homeowners make informed decisions about larger plumbing projects rather than performing physical labor in the field.

Key Projects You'll Advise On

• Sewer lining and replacements
• Water service replacements
• Whole-home repipes
• Major drain and sewer repairs
• Water quality systems
• Other residential plumbing improvements

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes
• Diagnose plumbing issues
• Perform inspections and evaluations
• Present repair and replacement options
• Build trust and long-term relationships
• Coordinate with the installation team after the sale
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

• Plumbing experience required
• Licensed plumber preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to build trust with homeowners

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning potential: $125,000–$200,000+ in year one — base + commission + bonuses, with uncapped earnings for top performers
