Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties for compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
• Document findings and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Communicate with property owners regarding inspection results and necessary actions.
• Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
