Residential Patrol Security Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems, detect threats, and ensure the safety of individuals and property in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

Site location: Tannersville, PA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report‑writing skills.
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Requirements

• Pass an extensive MVR background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
• CPR certification – willing to train.
• 1–2 years of security experience.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 per hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees).

Schedule

Part‑time, Saturday & Sunday, 3 pm – 11 pm.
