Responsibilities

• Meeting homeowners and understanding what they want (and sometimes what they don’t yet know they need)
• Walking properties, identifying solutions, and building clear, confident proposals
• Helping customers feel comfortable, informed, and excited about moving forward
• Partnering with our production team to ensure what you sold gets delivered the right way
• Following up, staying organized, and building relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

What Success Looks Like

Pay

• Base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses
• Typical earnings: $70K–$110K+ (top performers earn more)
