Painters Will:
- Properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings
- Prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections
- Apply the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Complete the project within the allotted productivity time - resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards
Painters Must Demonstrate The Following:
- Be Reliable, Dependable, and On-time
- Take Direction and Follow the work order
- Follow all Health and Safety Protocols
- Great communicator
- Accept Accountability
- Be Customer Centric
- Work Clean and Organized
- Have the Proper Tools to Perform and Complete the Project
- Work as a Team
- Be able to meet a deadline
