Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, patching, and caulking
• Apply paint, stain, and finishes to interior and exterior areas
• Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures before and during projects
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Follow project timelines and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous residential painting experience preferred
• Ability to cut in, roll, and brush with clean, professional results
• Comfortable working on ladders
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong attention to detail and work quality

Pay

$16–$20 per hour (based on experience)
