Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Package Room Attendant to manage the package room in a residential setting. This role is ideal for someone with a background in security and customer service who enjoys maintaining organization and ensuring smooth package handling for residents. While concierge experience is a plus, it is not required for this role. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the package room, ensuring a secure and organized environment.Receive, log, and distribute packages efficiently to residents.Verify resident identities and maintain accurate records of package pickups.Communicate effectively with residents regarding deliveries, lost packages, and inquiries.Work closely with building management, security, and delivery personnel to streamline package handling.Monitor package room security, ensuring compliance with building policies.Assist with resolving package-related issues or discrepancies.Maintain a clean and orderly package room space. Requirements Previous experience in security and/or customer service is required.Familiarity with residential buildings or concierge services is a plus.Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with high package volumes.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and vendors.Basic computer skills for logging package information.Ability to lift and move packages as needed and use tools such as a dolly.High School Diploma or equivalent Schedule & Compensation: Shift: Saturday- Monday 9am-5pm Package Room (24 hours) (Optional shift if seeking additional hours) Tuesday 11pm-7am as concierge officer (8 hours) If you are passionate about hospitality and take pride in your work, we invite you to apply today and become a valued member of the MFort Security Services team!
