Residential New Construction Project Manager

About the Role

Manage residential construction projects from planning through final completion, coordinating schedules, resources, labor, and materials to ensure timely execution while serving as the primary point of contact for builders, homeowners, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, labor, and materials to ensure timely execution.
• Review blueprints, specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
• Monitor project budgets, job costs, and overall project profitability.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to track progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Identify potential project risks and provide effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for builders, homeowners, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, purchasing, and field teams for smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize construction management software and tools to track project progress and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing residential construction projects.
• Experience with residential new construction projects preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, or related construction trades preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, and construction documents.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, labor, and resources.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with builders, contractors, homeowners, and field teams.
• Experience with construction management software such as ServiceTitan or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project priorities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
