About the Role
Mayroad is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Generalist to support the day-to-day maintenance and repair of residential homes within our military housing community. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service to residents while ensuring the overall condition, safety, and functionality of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Prepare homes for new residents (make-ready/turns)
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, or related field
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems (EPA certification preferred)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation
