Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Advises buyers, secures signed agreements, and helps them find suitable homes
- Negotiates offers for both sellers and buyers
- Maintains tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Holds two open houses each week
- Transforms prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Takes part in weekly script practice according to team standards
- Takes part in team activities as per team guidelines
- Takes part in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advises sellers, secures listings, and effectively markets their properties
- Showcases expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
- Possesses a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge
- Skilled in establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions
- Excellently skilled in prospecting and generating leads
- Naturally adept at handling objections
- Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service
- Collaborative team member
- Holds a valid Arizona real estate license
- Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Eager to learn and focused on growth
- Highly organized
- Open to learning scripts and dialogues
- Superior time management capabilities
