Responsibilities

  • Answering phones

  • Processing mail/packages
  • Maintaining inventories
  • Processing paperwork
  • Scanning documents
  • Emailing
  • Using housing software
  • Escorting students and/or Physical Plant employees
  • Running errands

Requirements

  • If hired on work study, must be work study eligible during the term.
  • Must be enrolled at Sul Ross State University.
  • Office experience preferred.
  • Proficient in office skills – typing, filing, telephone.
  • Must be able to work at least 10 hours per week.
