About the role

The role involves supervising and mentoring high school seniors in campus residences to prepare them for independent living.

Responsibilities

• Teaching life skills such as self-responsibility, goal setting, time management, and personal finance
• Creating recreational activities
• Accompanying students to chapel
• Collaborating with staff
• Providing coverage in student homes as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license with certification ability
• Experience mentoring youth
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google apps, and social media
• Demonstration of integrity and professionalism

Additional requirements for live-in staff

• Occupancy limitations to the employee and spouse
• Pre-approved overnight guests
• No smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty
• Restrictions on pets

Pay

Starting salary of $49,080
