Residential Lead Installation Tech

About the role

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is actively looking to hire a service-minded full-time Residential Lead Installation Tech to help clients by removing old HVAC equipment and ductwork, replacing it with new equipment, and testing completed installs for proper setup at their homes in and around Columbus, IN. This position would also provide leadership for the other installers on the crew.

Schedule

This position works Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays.

Pay & benefits

• $40,000-$120,000 a year, based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements

• At least 3 years of residential on-call experience
• Physical ability to lift 60-80 pounds
• Able to work in crawl spaces and attics
