Pay and Schedule
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 40+ Hours Weekly
What You'll Do
- Blow in fiberglass and cellulose attic insulation
- Air seal attic penetrations, top plates, and bypasses
- Seal, repair, and modify residential duct systems
- Install new duct runs and perform duct modifications
- Work safely in hot attics and tight spaces
- Cut drywall and enlarge return openings when needed
- Assist HVAC installation team with equipment setting and prep
- Run blower door testing (training provided)
- Deliver clean, professional work homeowners can trust
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience blowing insulation
- Experience in weatherization or energy efficiency work
- Comfortable working in hot Arizona attics during summer
- Experience with duct sealing, air sealing, or duct installation (strongly preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work independently and with a crew
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Construction or skilled trade background helpful
