About the role
The Residential Instructor at Hope Network provides direct support, supervision, and person-centered care within our residential programs. This role helps individuals build daily living and independent living skills, encourages positive behaviors, and supports residents in achieving their highest level of independence and community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Aid in daily living activities (ADLs), personal care, and medication management
- Facilitate community outings, transportation, and organized activities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents
- Support a safe, structured, and supportive living environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Pass background checks and fingerprinting
- Obtain CPR/First Aid certification
