About the role
The Residential Instructor is responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and enriching living environment for students. They assist in maintaining discipline and ensuring the well-being of the students.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with all students and staff.
- Ensure the safety and security of the residential facility.
- Support students in their personal and academic growth.
- Participate in regular meetings with supervisors to discuss student progress and challenges.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Must be available for a one-week training period before the start of the school year.
