Residential I nsurance Inspector

About the role

As an Insurance Inspector at Information Providers, Inc., you will conduct underwriting surveys of residential and commercial properties for insurance companies across 28 states. You will collect data for a condition assessment, measure dimensions, take photographs, and identify building materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct underwriting inspections on-site
• Collect and upload data onto an internet-based platform
• Measure dimensions of the property
• Take photographs of all sides of the structure, roof, exterior amenities, and hazards
• Identify building materials of the risk

Requirements

• Self-starter who enjoys independence
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
• Reliable vehicle for inspections
• Windows based computer with internet access
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
