About the role

As an Insurance Inspector at Information Providers, Inc., you will conduct underwriting surveys of residential and commercial properties for insurance companies across 28 states. Responsibilities

• Conduct underwriting inspections by collecting data for a condition assessment
• Measure dimensions of the property
• Take photographs of all sides of the structure, roof, exterior amenities, and hazards
• Identify building materials of the risk
• Upload all information collected onto an internet-based platform upon completion

Requirements

• Self-starter who enjoys working independently
• Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
• Reliable vehicle for inspections
• Windows-based computer with internet access
• Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
