Residential HVAC Service Technician
About the Role
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while providing honest recommendations and excellent customer service. You'll help homeowners make informed decisions while delivering the quality workmanship and care behind our Clean Home Guarantee.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions without unnecessary upselling.
- Explain findings and repair options clearly to customers.
- Provide upfront pricing and deliver quality workmanship.
- Protect customers' homes and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
- Complete service calls efficiently within your assigned service area.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Current EPA certification and TDLR registration.
- A valid Texas driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to honest, customer-focused service.
- A team-oriented attitude and a desire to keep learning and improving.
Pay
Competitive Pay: $28–$34 per hour, plus performance bonuses that reward great service and customer care.
