Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and accurately identify equipment problems.
• Complete repairs and service work efficiently and according to quality standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and help customers keep their systems operating reliably.
• Explain equipment issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations in a way homeowners can easily understand.
• Document completed work and communicate effectively with the office team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude while working inside customers' homes.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to provide an excellent overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Ability to troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
• High standards for workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable, positive, team-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills when working with homeowners
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay

This is more than a standard hourly service position. Technicians who consistently perform at a high level can reach $120,000–$130,000 in annual earnings through a combination of hourly pay and performance incentives.
