Rack Industries is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Boca / West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide prompt, professional service.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using common HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.

Pay

The pay rate is $30 - $38 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
