Responsibilities

• Perform detailed diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues in residential properties throughout the North Hampton area.
• Repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members.

Requirements

• A valid Oil Burner or Gas License is required.
• EPA Universal preferred.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician with strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including participation in on-call rotations as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in HVAC repair and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Schedule
