Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair forced-air furnaces, residential heating and air conditioning systems, boilers, ductless mini-split systems, tanked and tankless hot water heaters.
• Prioritize safety and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Use basic tools provided by the company.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Take pride in a job well done.
• Be highly organized.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential service experience.
• EPA certification.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Own basic tools.
