Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
You'll receive support through full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
Qualifications
- 3 years of residential HVAC Service experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Physical ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
Pay
$80-120k (performance-based pay) with earning potential over $100K/year.
Schedule
Full-time, year-round work with weekend availability required.
